Flashback to February in a DotDotSmile conference call. Fearless Leader Nicole mentioned three new styles would be released soon. A month later, DotDotSmile exploded in popularity and these new styles were put on pause. Instead, the company focused on streamlining the three current dress styles.
Big thanks to the new production manager; the Classic Cap Dress, Ballerina Dress, and Tank Dress are flawless. They’re seamlessly made with exclusive patterns and top quality fabrics. We have been in love with all the improvements, and still fangirling over the leggings drop earlier in the week.
No one expected DotDotSmile to drop another huge bomb dot com announcement so soon. But here it is!
Introducing: the Empire Dress
The Empire Dress joins the twirly dress family as a perfect hybrid between the Classic Cap Sleeve Dress and Ballerina. It features a higher, empire, waistline with a full circle skirt. This means the skirt has more fabric for the ultimate twirling experience. The new Empire Dress also has super cute fluttery sleeves and a low cut swoop back, similar to the Ballerina Dress but without the criss cross.
This is a major deal, and opens an incredible gap in children’s closets across the country. Expect an influx of demand for this beautiful twirly new style.
Oh, and one more wrench in the game… The new Empire Dress comes in Halloween patterns. Wait, what? Yes. During the Halloween Launch earlier in the week, the DotDotSmile crew kept this new dress style a big secret. But the cat’s out of the witches hat! This is not a drill.
