Kidz Fitness: Are you a homeschooler? Or looking to kickstart your child’s interest in fitness. Maybe they have a sport season coming up and you’d like to work on the necessary skills to improve their athleticism. Youth fitness combines functional activities with games and drills so the kids don’t even realize they’re establishing life long habits.

Pageant Girls: Perfect for ladies competing in pageants. I have worked with hundreds of ladies prepping for the Lifestyle and Fitness category of the on-stage competition. Workouts are tailored to you, your needs, and your system. Miss and Teen contestants welcome to take advantage and receive personal training by a forever pageant girl.

Prenatal/Post Partum Moms: I know how difficult it is to leave the house as a new mom or when you’re ready to pop. Custom tailored workouts make sure you’re still getting an effective workout, while keeping in mind all the special accommodations (or breaks to care for the Littles) that a mom might need.
