When SymonSaysSmile Boutique launched, I exclusively offered youth dresses, and slowly expanded to a full children’s line, but still felt limited by the selections. 1. It’s an Affiliate Program and Direct Sales Hybrid

The most intriguing aspect of the Asher Kate sales model, to me, is that it is unlike any other affiliate program or direct sales company out there. Unlike a straight affiliate program, you matter within the company. When you join Asher Kate, you are a Stylist, and a member of the Stylist Team.

Asher Kate Stylists receive trainings on personal boutique branding, a stylist guidebook, an image library full of photographs and flat lays, and also a point-of-sale system to invoice customers directly.

2. It’s Brand New, and Ground Floor Opportunity

4. No Inventory Requirements

Unlike the standard in-home boutique, which requires inventory, Asher Kate encourages stylists to only purchase what they will wear personally. Customers purchase their items directly through your duplicated website, which they are also drop shipped directly from the warehouse. You focus on the promotion and sales, not the packaging or shipping.

5. Work on Your Terms- No Monthly or Quarterly Minimums

Your business means your terms. You decide if you want to work the business aspect after your 9-5 job, or during nap time. The flexibility is great. You are not locked into monthly or quarterly minimum sales quotas. There is, however, a minimum $400 annual minimum to maintain your Stylist status. This is extremely attainable (many Stylists reach this in a month or two, after selling a handful of items).

6. Low Monthly Fee

There is a low, $10 monthly fee as an Asher Kate Stylist. This covers the back office and website fees. I like to consider it a membership fee to gain access to all of these great items. Once you establish a customer base, earning $10+ per month to cover the fee is no problem.

7. Great Income Potential

There are two ways to earn commission, plus a personal discount. Each Stylist earns a percentage of their personal sales, plus the opportunity to earn from any team members they introduce to the Asher Kate line. Bouncing back to the idea of Asher Kate being a hybrid, there is truly no emphasis on the team aspect. You are not required, nor expected, to recruit. You will still be successful without team building.

Earn 20% of all retail sales
Earn 3% of all team sales
30% – 40% discount on personal purchases

Senior Stylist

(Achieve only $2,500 in Lifetime Sales + 6 Team Stylists)
Earn 25% of all retail sales
Earn 5% of all team sales
35% – 45% discount on personal purchases

Charitable contributions have always been a big feature of my boutique. Whether it was fundraising for a local girl with cancer, or donating dresses to victims of Hurricane Harvey, or collection donations for the foster children involved with Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) of Texas, SymonSaysSmile seeks to make an impact.

Asher Kate aligns with the vision by partnering with three charities at a given time, and donating 5% of each purchase to one of the charities. Each time a customer shops, they choose which charity (or divided between the three!) they would like their contribution to go. Many of the charities directly impact women or children, which is extra special to me.
